Stephen Bach (Assistant Professor of Computer Science) and Jonathan Pober (Assistant Professor of Physics), along with colleagues at the University of Washington, have been awarded a Collaborative Research grant from the National Science Foundation

The incoming co-chairs of DSI's Campus Advisory Board are Stephen Bach (Assistant Professor of Computer Science) and Margo Jackson (Professor of Sociology).

DSI's newest Lecturer, Shekhar Pradhan, started at Brown July 1 and is taking on the role of Director of Graduate Studies as well as teaching our existing DATA 1050 (Data Engineering) and a new course on text analytics (coming spring 2023).
