As an Institute, the mission of DSI is to stimulate innovation and support people aspiring to improve lives in our data-driven world. DSI serves as a hub for data science education and research at Brown, connecting faculty across disciplines through data.
Our Affiliate Faculty members engage with DSI through a variety of avenues, including serving on DSI's Campus Advisory Board, working with undergraduate Data Fellows, conducting DSI-funded seed grant research, and participating in our seminar and workshop series.
DSI is honored to support and recognize the work of so many affiliated faculty from the data and computational sciences, social sciences, humanities, and public health fields. We are grateful for this community's consistent engagement that supports our mission at Brown.
