What initially made you interested in Data Science?

The rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence lead me to pursue a degree in data science. 

What are your plans following the program?

I am going to work as a software development engineer in the Bay area. 

What are the most important skills you received or experiences you had during the program?

The most important skills I've learned are how to analyze problems and how to communicate with each other regarding data science issues. Technically speaking, the statistical analytics and machine learning skills have helped me a lot professionally. The experience of my internship with Two Sigma exemplifies my year. We made use of the skills we learned during the entire program and put them into practice to change the insurance industry through big data tools.
